This blog is a collection of things on my mind. Could be serious, could be rambling idiocy. I invite you all to read, debate, ridicule, *whack*, and even give me a little love.

Entree and 2 sides
Nolay and I will each order a side and share. Which two should I lobby for? And should I get fish while Nolay gets a big steak (so he can give me a few bites)...or since it's a steak joint, should we both get steaks?
I think I will be getting the petite filet mignon. I have to order it medium well though. I don't know how you people eat meat that is still bleeding. *gag*
For a side, I will probably get the mashed potatoes with gorganzola.

I don't like steak or fish, so I say chicken.
As for sides... soemthing low fat, lower calories, high fibre, maybe?
I can't think of anything that wouldn't be swimming in fat and/or oil.
Even my beloved French Onion soup is covered in cheese.
Do they have anything like crispy pita triangles with fruit salsa or something?
For the sides, I would choose:
Season's Best Vegetables
Grilled Asparagus
For your entree, stick with the meat menu:
Beef Flemington
I already peeked ahead at the dessert menu.
Seana...shsh! This is dietless, Wisconsin fat loving food night!
No porterhouses?
I would get then the bone in rib eye...medium rare. Grilled asparagus.
I would get the prime rib, medium rare, with grilled asparagus.

shoestring potatoes and brocolli with hollandaise.
And steak.
Though if they had grilled cherry tomatoes, I'd go with that.
No question for me. The lamb chops with sides of sauteed mushrooms and season's best vegetables.
If we ever make it back your way will you take us to this place?
I see there's one in Dayton. Now, I just need to figure out a reason to go to Dayton. Hmmm...
