Provolone Picante today. It's a more aged provolone.
I'm glad I vented about my sister's situation on OT yesterday. I needed to hear some other perspectives. I learned that I'm not a horrible person for feeling how I do, yet I might need to suck it up short term. I hope this respite thing works out. It would be a huge benefit for everyone involved.
On a lighter note, tonight is the night we meet a bunch of friends for Chris's birthday (his actual bday isn't til tomorrow). I think it will be fun. Before that I'm going to interview for a gift shop job at American Players Theatre. It's an awesome, well respected outdoor theatre about 1 mi. down the road from our house. Gift shop-how easy. It will eat up most of my weekends, but only totals about 14 hours/week. It will be a nice way to connect with the area community, which has been difficult so far for us.

So, new part time job? Good luck! That is close to home. You can't beat that. Hope yall have fun tonight.
Happy early b-day to Chris.
Yeah, new pt job since the last one didn't work out. This one came via a friend that works full-time there.
Yeah for new job!
Your sister's life sounds a mess, but it also sounds like it's going the right direction for once.
Whatever you can do (that doesn't make you wish to drown the children) will help. If Coco swings by, she would have a good perspective on this.
Perfect perfect reason why you can't play free babysitter every weekend.
You're in a tough spot with your sister but I think you're handling it well. If it makes you feel any better, I probably would not be as nice as you have been when it comes to watching her kids.
Hey, do we ever get brie and bread in this joint? I would like some fresh baquette with Bellatoile triple cream. Calorie free please. *big grin*
I'll work on that tkit.
*smooch* and Happy Birthday to Chris.
Happy Birthday Chris!!
Thanks for letting me flirt with your wife! :-) She rocks!
Sounds like the job would be fun.
I keep forgetting that Chris' bday is 3 days before Larry's. Yet another reason I swear those two had to have been seperated at birth. How old is Chris going to be?
Scratch that - his bday is 2 days before Larry's. I keep forgetting today is the 22nd, not the 21st.
He's going to be 33. I think that must be lucky or something...double matching digits. Or something.
I? Am still under 30 *basks in my youthful glow*.
Glad you're feeling better about the tough situation with your sister.
Yay for the part time job! It's sounds neat!
Happy Birfday to Chris!
*whacks* Weltek. Some of us will be 40 this year. *evil glare* Now go to your room. You're grounded.
Happy Birthday Chris!
Cool job. Maybe Engelbert Humperdink will go there and you can send me a t-shirt.
All this cheese is making me sick. Are there cheeze doodles anywhere? You know the best cheese is always spelled cheeze.
Happy Birthday Chris!
I haven't had a chance to read your OT thread. Hang in there Weltek. *smooch*
Yep, Our DHs are the same age. And I? am still under 30, too.
Oh ~ Happy Birthday Chris!
Happy Birthday to Chris. I almost never look at OT anymore but I gather you've been being a good sister--maybe too good?
Anyway, I know you wanted a part time job and a local gift shop sounds like it fits the bill just fine. Almost no travel time and you'll get to meet some local people too. Cool!
Hey I was thinking about this when I posted in your OT thread, but I wasn't sure how to word it.
Also, I think we've discussed this before, but today (the 23rd) is Michael's birthday too.
