The pizza burgers were yummaaaaaay last night.
Today, we'll have Italian kabobs of provolone cubes, salami and grape tomatoes.
Chris is going away for the weekend. Guess that means I can get two long training walks in. Way to live on the wild side, eh?
What else should I do? I should make cupcakes before the weekend, otherwise, I'll be home alone with cupcakes and eat them all.
ETA:
My donation page (Hopefully Boo will post her page on her blog, or you can click on the "Team Page" link on my page and find her name):

*brags about walking 5 miles this morning while most of you were sleeping*
I think you should hold off on making these cupcakes until next Wednesday. And you should have one waiting in the car for me when you pick me up at the airport.
I think you should do absolutely nothing. Nothing!
Or you could cross the pond and spend the weekend at the pool with me. *grin* You can do nothing by the pool and stay cool!
*pouts*
You always spend time with her.
Way to go boo! I've been slacking on my shorter walks, I admit. And BTW, you'll be screaming to get away from me after next weekend. :-)
Breezy, can we eat pizza burgers?
Ofcourse we can have pizzaburgers!
I want to go across the pond and eat pizzaburgers. *pout*
Wait, 5 miles is a shorter walk? :0
Kim, where is the link to make a donation? Nookie mentioned it on her blog. :) (and then I think she sent out menacing emails threatening us all if we didn't donate!) ;-)
*finishes writing the last menacing email*
I will encourage you to continue training on the weekend but I would also encourage you to make the cupcakes and eat them whenever you want :-)
Definitely rent some movies that you've been wanting to see.
Yah, where's the link to donate eh? <--- practicing my Yooper accent for the Canada trip.
very authentic Breezy. If I didn't know any better, I'd think you were Canadian :-)
*snort* thanks Meemo, it's all those years in the UP. I knew they would come in handy sometime.
Breezy, you need lessons in the finer usage of the word "eh".
"Eh" follows a sentence that is a comment, thus turning it into a question. The term "eh" never follows an actual question. It's more of an expression to get someone's opinion.
For example, you would not say, Isn't this nice weather, eh?. The proper turn of phrase is "Nice weather, eh?" or "This is nice weather, eh?"
Pffft- amateurs.
ETA - Meemo, I'm ashamed.
That Maroon is a funny gal, eh?
Xactely, schnookie!
Kim, I'm curious, does the donation need to be made separately (one for Boo, one for you) or does it all end up in the same pot? Also, when is the deadline for donating?
mm, I believe they both need individual donations so that they both can achieve their individual goal amount.
Unfortunately we can't split donations, so if you want to, for example, donate $20 overall, you'd have to enter a $10 on my site and a $10 on Boo's site. PITA, I know.
Our deadline is officially the end of August. They give us a little time after the walk to get donations in.
Hey, I sent both of you letters. I hope they get there in time. In case they don't, I put your home address as the return address, so maybe they'll get "returned" to you.
Ok, thanks for the info. I'm glad to know the deadline isn't tonight or something.
And I sent one card for both of you. :)
Donations sent; check
Letters sent; check
"You Go Girl" chant; check
MTW is so saavy.
Puffy, I love your chant. Can you keep doing that for another week and yell louder? Chicago is far away.
To my lovely donors, thank you thank you thank you. I spent last night feeling shame about my non-stamped boring thank you cards.
