Monterey jack quesedillas...extra jalepenos in mine.
I'm feeling much better today. The muscle aches are virtually gone. The blisters are healing, but I'm still gimping a bit because they are tender.
What is your dinner menu for the rest of the week?
Tonight:
NY Strips on the grill with sauteed green beans and grilled sourdough garlic bread
Thursday:
Turkey kielbasa with dipping sauces and a side salad
Friday:
Homemade pizza on the grill (ok, I'm using a packaged crust mix)
*We might be having friends over. Thought this would be fun.
Saturday:
? Our plans are up in the air. I bought stuff to make low fat chili dogs, so maybe we'll do that.?

Tonight- rotiessiere chicken from grocery store deli
Tomorrow- no clue
Friday- no clue
*grin*
Leftover deli chicken? :-)
Saturday night I'll be eating Ballpark wieners and garlic fries at Candlestick Park while watching the 49ers and the Raiders from my front row Coca Cola red zone seats. Thank you for asking. *grin*
*giggle* Tonight it will be fresh, tomorrow it will be leftovers.
No clue what's on the menu...we did tacos and burritos last night.
And, I didn't make it here in time to tell you, but I'm so very very proud of you!!!!
My left foot is still a little sore, and my right second toe still has no feeling.
Dinner:
Tonight: Probably a BLT if I make it to the store for Bacon. If not, just the LT. I have 3 tomatoes to eat this week. I will also have some sliced cucumber.
Tomorrow: Probably Chicken Marsala from Schwan's.
Friday: We always go to Tripps, so I will have a grilled chicken salad.
Saturday: We have our nephew's birthday party at 2, and it will last into the dinner hour. So probably hamburgers on the grill.
Tonight - chicken & black bean quesedilla.
Thursday - Saturday, depends on what I buy at the grocery store today (or tomorrow) but CUB has chicken on sale and we eat lots of chicken.
I like, Cub, Swami. Well, the ones that are newer anyway. The older stores are gross, but the newer ones are nice and have good prices.
Bravie-Save me some garlic fries and yell mean things at the Raiders, mmmkay?
Momma! I bet you have tacos a lot. It is Texas, after all, and always a kid fave.
Boo-We had BLTs last night! I like them on sourdough bread.
Tonight- leftover pizza
I'll worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. I never plan ahead. Usually I wait until I get home and see what I can scrape together. I also have some leftover turkey burgers, but they weren't even good the first time, so I doubt I'll be eating them again. *sigh* I hate wasting so much food.
Jen-seriously, enjoy not having to meal plan while you can. When Mr. Right comes your way, you'll eventually resent meal planning.
Uh, my plans for this week are to come to your house for dinner. *licking lips at Kim's menu*
Seriously, tonight's dinner will be leftover spaghetti. We like it better the second night, since it has all day to sit in the fridge and the noodles just soak up the sauce's flavors. DH made it extra yummy last night because he saute'd onion with the beef and added fresh tomatoes from the garden.
For the rest of the week? No clue. Probably BLTs one night and tacos another to continue to use the tomatoes from the garden. There's always a frozen pizza and pot pies in the freezer too. :-)
Ack! I forgot the whole reason I stopped in - to tell you how much you rock! I'm so impressed by what you and Boo did this past weekend!
Um, whatever I can find in the fridge because I need to empty out the fridge.
blech!
My neighbor puts them on sourdough. I really like to make them like a club with the extra piece of bread in the middle.
Ok, I was hoping for inspiration. Instead? I get deli chicken, "whatever is in the fridge", ballpark food, and leftover pizza. :-)
Thanks to SOME of you for inspiring me.
You're welcome. *grin*
I vote you cook beer butt chicken.
Tonight - chicken satay with a pear and craisin salad on baby greens
Thursday - Grilled veal rollups with avacado
Friday - Hamburgers
Saturday and Sunday we normally eat all the stuff left over from the week or we have the bestest dinner ever - olives, cheeses, pita breads, tapinades, pate . . .
MMMM, yummy, clown! The staty sounds nice.
I brought hummus, pitas, tomatoes and cucumbers to work yesterday for a lunch with my boss. Indeed, it's one of my favorite meals...with a glass of wine or three.
Change of plans - I made a nice green salad, then emptied out a couple of partial bags of frozen stuff April left behind, just to free up freezer space. So salad with chicken chunks and pizza rolls. Not my finest moment. I should have had that tomorrow when I could have called it Big Brother Slop.
I never did get to CUB.
Oh swami, must you disappointmet me now, after I was eagerly awaiting your grocery store finds?
Hah, I brought garlic hummus and pretzel flats for lunch the other day. Mmmmm, I love hummus.
I wanna go to maroonclown's house.
For dinner, we'll be having whatever I can pick up at the store. That is the one downfall to not having much to do in the evenings lately, I have to cook.
