Waaah!

My shirt won't be here on time. So today I must go shirt shopping. The shirt will not be unique, nor cool, but I must have a shirt.

Aged white cheddar and grapes today.

Unimportant TMI again (I changed the font to a light color so your eyes could skip it if you don't want to read it): I'm going on new birth control pills. It's the generic version of Seasonale. I'm very curious if this will help solve some of my girly issues. I'm also going to start having mammograms next year or the following (age 31 or 32). Finally, a doc that agrees it's a good idea to start early if I can cope with potential false-positive-type situations.

I have to clean the truck out tonight, as we are driving the crew around tomorrow. Chris is staying reasonably sober, as he's not feeling the greatest anyway. Turns out the flu symptoms were just a side effect of the pain meds, thank goodness. Don' t you have cleaning out vehicles? Well, in the summer I don't mind it so much. But it's cold out now.

I've been on the same birth control for years. I highly recommend it. *grin*

I was thinking of washing my car either today or tomorrow. the weather has been great.

I so need to wash my car. Will you do it for me? It's quite funky and muddy after 4 days of rain.

Could someone please tell Bravie she doesn't NEED birth control? Isn't she too old to worry about pregnancy? *grin*

*glares at Momma* With technology the way that it is, one can never be too careful.

I hate cleaning out cars. We used to get them detailed every spring but that has become freakishly expensive around here. $275 to clean my car? No thanks.

OMG, is Michelle impotent? :-p

Swami, I hear ya. We are talking about having the car done this spring and it freaks me out to actually consider paying that much to have a clean car. ~$150 is the going rate around here.

I'm curious about the Seasonale and that ilk of bc pills. That's the one where you go three months in between, right?

I haven't been on the pill (the monthly kind) for a couple of years - and for a stupid reason. My prescription ran out, and I called my doc for a refill and she never called me back, and I was being stubborn so I didn't call her back (ever again - I switched docs.) But because I couldn't get a refill I stopped taking them. (I can be quite hard-headed at . time.)

I will have to start mammograms next year, too, but because I will be hitting the magical age of 35.

I'm feeling TMIish today. Maybe because I exposed my bathroom.

btw, Kim, what does your old man want for his birthday? My old man can't figure out what he wants. *sigh*

Chris would LIKE an airplane. Chris is GETTING (yes, it's what he wanted) a trip to Illinois to gorge on wings, beer and to have his special breakfast at the Huddle House. Yes, he's a total dork.

His man-twin probably wants something cooler, no?

Frodis-
Yep, the Seasonale is where you are only supposed to get your period four times/year. It works the same way as continually taking a regular set of pills, just tossing out the sugar pills and heading straight into a new pack. However, these pills also have a bit of a hormone composition difference, too.

LOL, so is this why you are pregnant?

I have some sort of generic one as well. Unfortunately, I still have to take them because, while I can get pregnant, I cannot carry a baby.

I hate cleaning out cars as well. I pile papers in my front seat. I know, gasp away. Today, they all fell into the floorboard. I think some of them are tax papers. Ooops.
