Update & Tortellini

Bacon horseradish cheese spread with crackers this morning.

*gives Breezy aspirin for hangover*

Chris moved the giant tv a little bit & now I like it. Especially after watching LOST on it last night. Muwahhahahaha!

I had cancelled my plans of going to Texas from Nov. 16-20, but now they are back on. Wooohoo!I won't have a ton of spare time, but am definitely up for peep meeting

What should I do tonight with the tortellini in my freezer? Serve with marinara is the obvious choice. I was thinking soup. I'd prefer not to visit the grocery store. Thoughts?

Pbbt. Big help YOU are.

Hm. I'll trade you your tortellini for my leftover chicken legs and beans in paprika sauce.

I had trouble reading your post because of that whole bacon horseradish cheese spread concept. I hate horseradish!

What kind of tortellini are they? I like cheese tortelinni in salads. Toss them with a little chopped, fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes marinated in olice oil, then add the mixture to some nice crisp mixed greens with lots of fresh grated Asiago cheese.

And chunks of fresh cut tomato - I forgot that. Salad should be 1/3 tortellini, 1/3 fresh tomatoes and 1/3 crisp greens.

Coco-I can't find my key to the magic Canadian-Wisconsin transcountry food chute door.
Damn.

Swami---good idea.

Kim! Did you watch Top Chef last night? I'm in lurve with Ilan. *grin*

No, it was on at 10 pm here & that's past my bedtime. I plan on catching it in reruns (hopefully they are showing it this weekend).

I was so pouty that it was on at 10.

Tell me about it. It was on at 11 my time. I really, really didn't want to stay up that late, but it was on right after the Project Runway finale and I got hooked into it.

*yawn* (because I was up until 12:30, not because the show was boring)

I just checked and apparently they are showing it 1-3 times per day for the next three weeks. :-)

Tomorrow at 10 am CST is looking good for me. I'm on vacation tomorrow.

LOL. Bravo is crazy with their reruns, but it's a good thing. I should've just gone to bed and caught it another time. *whacks self*

I think you'll like the first episode. *grin*

What do they call those jewelry stand thingys that look like a person with the head cut off? Why can't I find one online?

You can string them on yarn like fruit loops and make a necklace to snack on later.

*snort* at Survey.

Breezy-we sold those at the gift shop this summer (at my pt job). Here's a site that has cute ones with lots of hooks/hangars.

Kimmer is my new favorite. That's what I wanted to find. *smooch*

Mmm.. Swami, that sounds really tasty. I may make that.

Stupid food chute. They're always on the fritz.

blech. I do not like horseradish. gag.

I have no tortellini advice. I would do the "obvious" marinara thing.

Zombs said...

Hang the tortellinis on your nipples and try to walk into the dining room.

I bet there will be no need for dinner.

Why are you always asking me for thoughts? You are putting way too much pressure on me! *grin*

LMAO @ Surevy & Zombs. :D

So you WILL be here? Really? Can I lose my peep meet virginity? *snort*

I thought of you yesterday. I went on the JK field trip to the farmer's market and we saw 2 huges booths full of cheese.

I thought: Hey, weltek would love this.

But I prolly should have been paying attention to the 16 4-year-olds. Meh.
