Chris and I are driving the John Deere up north. :-) We are going to Minocqua (just over 3 hours from here) to his mom's weekend house. We'll hit the road about 3:00 & stop for a quick bite on the way. When we get up there, we'll unload the tractor & plow and start a fire in the fireplace. We'll then have a cocktail & watch a little northwoods tv. I'm thinking it'll be a nookie night (not Nookie).
Our friends will join us tomorrow for a two day drinking tour of the area. We are hitting some bars & brewpubs in the northwoods we haven't been to. There's also a winery on the list. I don't think they have boxed wine though. We have Monday off for MLK, so we'll drive home Monday.

Tonight? I haven't the slightest clue. No kids though. DH has to work tomorrow, so it will be an early evening if we do anything at all.
Ummm.... well, but I am staying home and doing nothing. Just like every Friday night. Well, we might go out to eat, but that's about it.
Nutzboy has to get up early tomorrow for a wrestling quad and we'll be there for the better part of tomorrow ('til 4 pm, I think), then? it's football!

Sorry I've been neglecting you Weltek! I just realized that I didn't have your blog on my favorites at work. That oversight has now been remedied.
I have no plans at the moment but I think this is how it will go...maybe.
We'll arrive home from work at 4:30pm. Dave will change into his work clothes and head to the garage. His buddies will arrive soon after and they'll consume alcoholic beverages while they watch him work on his truck.
I'll probably take Holly for a ride to town with me to deposit my cheque. Maybe I'll pick up something for supper (pizza or sub is all we have to choose from) and likely rent a DVD. I'll get home, put on my jammie pants, take off the bra and mix myself a nice tall drink and either watch tv or play on the internet.
But that could all change, I could end up going to visit a friend, one never knows.

I know what you mean about the heat, Lightsy! We sleep in the downstairs bedroom & it's always cold. There's a woodstove down there, but the temp is so hard to regulate. We were finally smart & bought a tiny space heater for the bedroom. It does a decent job if you keep the bedroom door closed. Mmmm, toasty nookie. :-)
Ok, now that all the cheese is gone *burp*, I will probably be doing what I do most Friday evenings. Absolutely nothing. I'll make dinner (have no idea what yet), watch tv and go to bed early. I'm usually zonked out on Friday nights. I may end up having to work tomorrow *pout*
I thought my GF would take me out to dinner since it is Friday the 13th and we got together on a Friday the 13th. She just called to ask if she could go to her precious Bingo.
Tomorrow will be waiting for the cable man too come and fix what he screwed up this week.
Maybe it will be a spring cleaning weekend.
I'm just trying to decide if I A) want to shower, B) want to leave the house, and C) want to even move from my computer chair in the first place. Tonight is just too far away to think about.
