I like...

I like:

Camembert, so let's snack.

Violas. They've popped up hardily for the third year in my flower beds. Yay!

Rain. It means I don' t have to water the gardens.

Reader's Digest. Fluffy & a bit conservative, but I like reading it. Does that make me old?

Wine. I like shopping for it as much as drinking it. And we found mini-boxed wine! They are like individual serving sizes. We thought of you!

Hot chocolate. I don't drink it very much, but the cold weather inspired me to get some yesterday. mmmmm.

English Muffins. I often forget how good these are with a little bit of jam. Last weekend I even made eggs bennedict. I added some fresh chives to my hollandaise & it was delicious. Gawd it's fattening, though.

Reading in bed. I can focus quite well on the story. I get distracted if I sit elsewhere in the house.

I love those mini boxed wines. They even sell little soft sided cooler holders for them at Target.

I LOVE English muffins. But they must be Thomas'. The rest are just posers. They even make wheat ones which are very good too. I prefer wheat bread over white so when they started making the english muffins in wheat, it made me very happy.

Thomas makes the best bagels & english muffins for grocery store fare. I like the wheat square bagels for sammiches.

In college I lived on Thomas bagels. Perhaps that is why my Freshman 15 accelerated so quickly.

I think I will make Eggs Benedict tomorrow for breakfast. Mmmmmm.

I think I have A.D.D. I can't stay still long enought to concentrate on reading. Any suggestions?

I physically cannot concentrate on reading if the tv or radio is on. Even if it's classical music or something soothing. Thus I sequester myself in my room & snuggle among the blankets. I love to read, but am so picky about the atmosphere I do it in.

I lurve reading in bed! I just never get to do it unless it's the absolute middle of winter or the absolute middle of summer and we go hang in the bedroom for air conditioning.

I love eggs benedict to. The restaurant in Sackets Harbour, where we got married, has a wonderful eggs benedict but it served on crabcakes instead of english muffins and there are capers in the sauce. OMG it's good.

OMH, I lvoe crabcakes. Although, you can get some shitty crabcakes. It's always hit or miss, especially in the midwest. :-)

Oooooh, that sounds yummy. Crabcakes and capers. Now I want that.

It's supposed to rain here this weekend. And, it'd damn freezing here!

I used to enjoy reading Reader's Digest. Haven't for the longest time.

I think I will treat myself to a nice glass of wine tonight.

I used to love hot chocolate. Don't have it that often these days. I actually find it too sweet.

LOVE english muffins. I think the ones I buy are Thomas also. I love putting a fried egg and slice of ham on a toasted english muffin. Yummy. I don't think I like Eggs Benedict.

I can't read in bed. I don't have enough pillows to prop me up. Like you, I need silence to really get into reading. DH likes to read in bed.

I also like going to the AI forum once/season & seeing some of you posting there. It makes me giggle for some reason.

I like wheat square Thomases. Bacon, egg, & cheese is the best bagel sandwich.

my developing tan

being noticed

being alone

cheese. Actually I love cheese. Probably as much as you.

I read only the jokes in Reader's Digest. My dentist always has all the issues out so I catch up 2x a year.

I have never drunk boxed wine.

Those square bagels are da bombe! They taste good and fit in the toaster just right!

I never read in bed. I did all the time when I was a kid and into college, but now I just don't feel comfortable. My back aches.
