Guilt

Grab a little string cheese and read some Yahoo! Weird News:

Binge eating worse than being unfaithful?Reuters - Tue Jan 10, 10:22 AM ET
ROME (Reuters) - Most Italians feel more guilty about over-eating than they do about cheating on their partners, a survey has found, suggesting that people in Casanova's native land care more about staying slim than staying faithful.

So what things (generally or specifically) cause you the most guilt?

Guilt for me usually has to do with losing my temper and getting frustrated too easily.

Hmmmm, good question. I guess I feel guilty when I treat people badly. Otherwise, I think my emotions lean towards feeling badly but not necessarily guilty.

Lying. I just don't do it because when I was a young fool, it made me feel the worst when I did.

Honesty is a real biggie with me. I don't care how bad the truth is, just give it to me straight and we will work through it!

I feel a lot of guilt for not being an attentive friend to my RL friends. I'm more attentive to you peeps. :-)

I feel guilty about not being attentive enough to family and friends, but most of all, to DH. I keep meaning to but then another day has gone by. *sigh*

*shoos Nookie away* Offer DH a massage tonight. You'll both feel better & maybe he'll reciprocate.

First of all, *smooch* to you, Kim

Guilt? My ability to procrastinate causes me the most guilt, when I fail to get things done on time and it inconveniences others. This week, I procrastinated checking my cell phone voice mail and it resulted in my daughter missing two scheduled baton lessons, including a 3-hour team lesson, which meant that the whole team suffered because of by failure.

That made me feel really awful.

When I let my frustration show (it's not a pretty sight, those who have seen it don't care too much for me, sadly). And spending "free time" doing nothing makes me feel guilty since I have so little of it.

*smooch*

MTW, you'd better watch out, your daughter might turn that baton into a weapon of fatherly destruction.

on an only slightly related note, I ditched my cell phone awhile back & really don't miss it.

Oh, and *smooches* back!

I will have to think of the guilty question but I just wanted to *smooch* everyone.

I don't feel guilty unless it's something really bad, in which case I won't be sharing it. :P
