I DID get my hair cut. The bottom layer is about even with the tip of my chin and I have layers around my face, so it's short! I want to grow it out a few more inches and she cut it in a way it should grow out ok. Chris said I'm trying to look 20. *glare*
We had Christmas/New Years with my FIL. It was very nice. They always pamper us girls, so I got lots of chocolate, chocolate martini stuff, coffees, teas, lotions, fuzzy socks, perfume, and a few other things on my wish list. We also made pasta. I made the homemade pasta with Stir MixaLot and BIL made the sauces. We had a smoked venison, cheese and mushroom filled ravioli and a lemon pork with fettucini dish. Yum!
I was able to pack up most of my Gladware and replace it with sturdier stuff I recieved over the holidays (nice Rubbermaid and some Tupperware). Felt like a good way to start the new year.
I think I'm writing a Holiday letter this weekend to send out. We'll see.

DD got a new haircut that sounds a lot like yours. So I guess that means she's 4 trying to look 20 :-)

That sounds like a cute haircut. And a nice collection of Christmas loot.
I have those lock tight boxes they sell at JC Penney. I like them way better than Rubbermaid and Tupperware. The lids have a silicon gasket so they really seal, and then the lids themselves are hinged on all four sides so you can really lock them onto the boxes. They're brilliant!
Mmmm - homemade pasta! Was your venison with or without lead shot pellets?
I have one of those dishes, Swami. Can't remember who makes it, but I use it often to bring my leftovers to work.
And lead shot=garnish. Duh. This was in the trailer trash place, after all.

Yay for you. All of that sounds wonderful except for the venison. But the rest sounds wonderful.
I hope you like your hair. I am getting mine cut again Wednesday. That is the only downside to short hair - the maintenance. It looks awful right now. I thought I could go six weeks, which ended up being seven because she was off last week. Now I know I need five.
