-Walking the Chicago 3 Day next year and maybe having some of my best bloggy friends by my side (Bree's Cookies will be a hit!).
-Chlorox dishclothes. Where have you been all my life? No more stinky dishcloths!
-Books. I'm feversihly reading Merle's Door and The Other Side of the Bridge for OT book club right now. School starts in a few weeks, so I'm trying to get all the upcoming book club selections read (well, at least the ones I want to read).
-Kashi's Dark Chocolate Cherry granola bars. Right up there with Fiber One's.
-My VS nightshirt. Sooooo soft and just the right legth and cut.
-Not taking the pill anymore. Got my Mirena inserted yesterday. No more pills!
-Bucking the system at Starbucks *grins at Boo*

Shoulds I sell cards or jewelry?
Which is cheaper for you to produce?
-Oh, Chicago is really close for you!
-Never heard of them. You use a new one every time you wash? I rarely even use paper towels anymore. I have a pile of cheap washcloths from Target I use one time like paper towels, and just launder them as needed.
-School will certainly cut into your reading time.
-I will look for these - they sound delicious!
-And sexy too, right?
-I had to Google Mirena. I hated the pill for the few years I was on it. Actually, I didn't know I hated it until I stopped taking it and then suddenly felt so much happier in general. I think it just depressed me. IUDs are a nice no-fuss, no mess utility.
-I know very little of Starbucks.
The Chlorox dishcloths are regular dishclothes that have antimicrobial stuff built in. You wash them in bleach when you take them out of the package, then they should stay non-smelly for many, many uses over time (well, you have to wash them just as a regular dishcloth...they just won't get smelly after a few days at your sink).
I'd really like to join you next year in Chicago, if you guys don't mind.
Suuuuure, puffy, just like you were going to come to the Chicago Peep Meet. :-)
Are you interested in crewing or walking?
I have some local Madisonians, too, that are interested. We might just have a real "team" of walkers. And the teams are the coolest in the events. :-)
I say the more the merrier. One needs all of the support she can get.
I think Breezy, you should sell both.
And I'm adding country music (specifically Toby Keith) to the things that make me happy. He's a fine and apparently happy singer.
I looooove Toby Keith.
I hope to be a walker, or something, next year. I hope. *crosses fingers*
Maybe Michelle and Boo can come to Chicago and miserably sleep in a tent together.
I see you wasted no time in dumping me.
I just figured misery loves company and I think Michelle needs to come walk with us. No scheming...I save that for Starbucks!
If you walk in Chicago next summer I will be at the cheering stations with signs and popsicles. Or whatever treat you prefer.
I'm so proud of everyone who participates in the 3-Day, walkers, crew, organizers, everyone. It hasn't worked out for me to be able to crew or walk yet (and it won't next summer either) but I do hope to show support and donate and do what I can.
But the treat we would like to have is for you to walk.
I won't even make you share a tent with me.
I've slept in a tent. I used to be a girl scout.
I actually had been talking with my sister in law about walking next year but it's looking like I'm going to have my hands full. I might look into volunteer opportunities that are a shorter term commitment.
Plus, the cheering station was really fun.
Are you pregnant again?!?!?! :-)
Frozen grapes, that's what we want at cheering stations. And an ice cold beer. <----I craved one all weekend while crewing.
Oh, and Fro-I think the "purple shirt" volunteers (not crew) primarily ran booths closing ceremonies onthe last day. That might be a possibility for you.
Yes.
I wasn't going to say anything for a while still since it's early. I've known for a few weeks. But I didn't want to ignore the idea of participating in the 3-Day and I didn't feel right saying that I'd do it or think about doing it when I know quite well that I won't be able to. :)
I can do frozen grapes. Green, red, purple, black, or a combination of all of the above?
CONGRATULATIONS, FRODIS! I'll be eagerly hoping you get through the next month with no complications (well, the whole pregnancy for that matter). Yay!
Trust me, we won't be picky on the kind of grapes at that point. :-)
Thank you. :)
I had an ultrasound last week and while we couldn't get a good picture (it looked even more like gray fuzz than ultrasound pictures normally do) we did hear a good heartbeat that wasn't mine, so, so far, so good.
Also I'm experiencing the constant-quease which is supposed to be a good sign. Although I have to admit that the queasy and the fatigue are factors #1 and #2 in my exceptionally cranky mood lately. :)
Fro's supposed crankiness is forgiven for the next several months. Well, after that, you'll be cranky for lack of sleep for a while. So, let's see. Crankiness will be forgiven for the next 5 years. Congrats! I'm so happy for you!!
Congrats Frodis! :)
I hate the first trimester anxiety.
Yippppppppeeeeeee!!!!!
I think the thought of Frody serving me frozen grapes just might seal my deal on walking.
Woo hoo! Thanks for the hint in your latest post, Weltek! Congratulations Miss Fro! Another OT Baby! Has anyone heard from Luna yet?
Congrats Frodis!
Oh, and my Yippppeee was for your good news. Not the grapes.
Congratulations, frodis!
I follow instructions well, and glad I did! Congrats Fro! Sorry I won't see you this weekend to hug you in person!
