Should I audition?

Cheeeeeesy pizza for all of you that were left out on sushi night. :-)

The Mountain Dew Street Ball tour is at our hotel. There are bunches of tour buses and limos and tall men with crazy afros. I didn't know such a tour existed, but apparently it does. http://www.mountaindew.com/sports/streetball/

I had a last minute dinner with Sharnina last night. She took me to an awesome brewpub in downtown Hayward. She was kind enough to pick me up and chauffer me to and fro. We ate the yummiest appetizers: giant jalepenoish peppers, stuffed with cheese and wrapped in phyllo. *homer simpson drool* We had beer samplers and Sharnina got so plowed that she was bumbling and crying into her thrid sample. Lightweight. After she gathered herself, we headed out for a lovely walk around downtown Hayward, which was cute. We finished off the evening with a drink from Starbucks. Perfection. *smooch* to Sharnina.

!!! I can't believe all the ho's around here. Peep meet ho's, I mean.

I'm so jealous (yet happy) to hear about your dinner date. That's awesome! Any pics?

Sounds like a wonderful time!

Does this activity require that you live in a tent? If so, then I say most definitely. *grin*

Actually, I'm a little excited about the whole tent thing. I have a slight dilema though. I now really don't want DH to go, but I don't know how to tell him without hurting his feelings. It's not that I don't want him to go, but I really want to devote all of my time to the experience. I just need to plan a different trip to Chicago for me and him.

And yay for your peep meet!

Are they still there? We could audition together tonight. *hop*
Isn't that Sharnina just a doll. Glad you had fun. *smooch*

Was she blubbering like Aaron?

I think your office should rent a condo for you in CA.

Hey, I clicked on the link and then another link and there's a Grease Monkey LOL. We should send Gus there.

Lovely walk around downtown Hayward? It must've been about a two-block walk and I know exactly where you were. It's the only two block part of Hayward that a) is at all lovely, and b) makes you think you're still in the United States of America.

Boo, that's why I'd said Chris probably won't go. IF he does, it will be to meet us at the start and finish line and drive my butt home. :-)

oh, and next year, the Peep Meet will likely be in Chicago....

*snort* at MTW. I'm sure you are right about the two block radius. YOu have to remember, I live in white folks central, though, and think looking at anything other than a bunch of white and middle class stuff is cool. The ghetto? I find interesting to look at. It's the country girl in me.

BTW, MM is number one on my list for next peep meet. I think she likes being number 1.

*snort* to mtw - you're right. We circled from Buffalo Bill's down to City Hall and then back up A Street. Pretty much saw everything there is to see.

And for the record - I was not plowed. :P One of the jalapeƱos was particularly hot and I couldn't cool my mouth down - but it was good for a laugh.

*smooch* to you, Kim.
