Beer Kaese today, straight from Wisconsin. It's a nutty cheese, that coincidentally contains no beer. It was made as a salute to prohibition's repeal.
Last night I used my exercise ball. I love it! I found there was one exercise I couldn't hardly do at all & could tell it was because of my weak back (well, and my lack of flexibility). Otherwise, I totally loved it & am looking forward to having a stable, strong core.
I made cheater jumbalaya last night (Zatarain's mix with chicken, smoked venison, extra bell peppers & onions added). I love that stuff.

Last night, roomie made Croatian goulash. I am having the leftovers for lunch.
I must say, I've never had Croatian food.
Sounds delish. We went out for all you can eat ribs at Lonestar. I even had key lime pie for dessert. Today for lunch I am eating Chinese. Chicken with cashew nuts, my favorite.
I like Lonestar. They wrap up your leftovers in cute foil longhorn head shapes.
I have never tried Zatarain's.
I had mostly vegetable but some chicken stir-fry for supper. Lunch is raw cauliflower with Marzetti's Dill Dip and jelly beans. And tea.
No offense, swami, but I'm totally grossed out by your lunch. Other than the tea. I like tea. However, I'll be over for dinner at 6:00.
I love Zatrain's. MY S.O. hates it, but I think it rocks.

Hi Kim! I love Zatarain's too! I like to add onion, bell pepper and ground beef to the Dirty Rice mix.
In fact, that sounds like an excellent dinner idea tonight. I may have cheese fondue instead - just the kind from the package.
Lunch looks like leftover pizza (microwaved, not cold, MM) and a bagel unless I can find someone willing to brace the rain and pick up something more interesting.
My wallet is saying "stick with the pizza".

Dinner last night was Hamburger Helper Enchilada something or other. Blech. But, it was also almost 8pm by the time we all got home after baseball and I needed food, fast. Lunch today was McDonalds.

Last night we ordered heros from the Italian place. I had eggplant, DH had Chicken parm.
Today I had a chef salad for lunch. Some salad in a bag then I cubed up some cheddar, rolled up a few turkey slices, cucumbers, baby carrots and fat free Italian dressing. Quite filling. But Jack kept stealing all my stuff.
McDonald's was my breakfast choice after girls weekend. We missed the continental bkfst at the hotel & I had to hit the road. Thus, Egg McMuffin, half a carpy hashbrown & a small diet coke. I love me some breakfast burritos, but my waistline doesn't. I took the less evil Egg McMuffin.
Last night I made meatballs in sauce in the crockpot. It worked out well because DD has ballet at 5:30 - 6:30 and then I can just eat when we get home. I feed the kids before.
Lunch was leftover rice. I fried some veggies and made a sauce with juice from an orange and corn starch and mixed it all up. Not bad.
Lunch for me was cottage cheese and pineapple, and dinner will be chicken, broccoli and maybe some potatoes. *getting hungry now*
And yuck MTW! Microwaved pizza!?
I had leftover brats from lastnight. I had a brat with peppers and onions...nummy.
Now, back to the exercise balls...explain please?
I had pizza for dinner. I will be eating some for a 2AM snack soon!
