I'll share my double glouchester and honeycrisp apples with you.
After work I went to Whole Foods. I love peeking around that store. I bought:
Heirloom tomatoes
Foreign brie & double glouchester
super soft wheat pita bread
2 kinds of hummus
2 kinds of pesto
A whole grain boule bread with pumpkin seeds
Oat bran pancake mix
The pancakes were certainly wholesome, although not great tasting. The cheese is good. The rest I'll be munching on this weekend.
Then it was off to the library. I checked out some good magazines, two San Fran tourism books, another yoga book and two movies: Brokeback Mountain and Prime.
Next it was a coffee shop. Well all the effing coffee shops on the westside of Madison close friggin early. So I went to Starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte, skim no whip. Read a wine country tourism book.
Went to the movie. Invincible was quite bland. Nice, but bland.
Went to Old Chicago afterwards. Had two drinks and a salad that was delicious. Stopped at the bar by our house for a beer. About died from the amount of smoke. Came home, checked chat, had a glass of wine & played for a bit on OT.
Slept in the morning til 8:30. Had all three cats on my lap while watching tv. Now, I'm avoiding working outside because the weather looks very ominous.
Hope you are having a great weekend!

Thanks for asking, but no... I'm not having a good weekend. *sobs*
*eats cheese and drinks beer to feel better*
You forgot to mention how many guys hit on you at Whole Foods.
Mmmm, pumpkin spice latte. I hadn't planned on leaving the house today, but I may have to now. I *heart* the pumpkin spice lattes.
Heirloom tomatoes? Did someone's great grandmother grow them?
I think I want Walteks weekend, but I'll settle for eating all her tasty foods.
You can mix your heirloom tomatoes with some of that heirloom spinach from the back of Bob's refrigerator.
I went to a press conference today and met John Edwards. He's a really charming guy. He's the same height as I am. People on TV always look taller than they are.
It was a rainy, dreary day.
What's wrong, Nutz? *Goes to Chez Nutz next*
Sounds absolutely heavenly.
There's nothing like a husband-free weekend once in a while. I got to the chat room too late for you last night.
ooooh. We liked Invincible. :)
You make me cry when you refer to Starbucks, just so you know.
I bought a Wensleydale with blueberries yesterday and thought of you.
What is a Wensleydale?
Cheese, swami! And BTW, I *heart* John Edwards.
