Working from Home

Chris is on a furlough day, so to save us gas/mileage, I'm working from home. It's probably better he's here. He'll be watching tv I won't want to watch, and that will help me stay tucked away in the bedroom/office, working on my things for work.

My to-do list only contains one home thing: wash sheets. I think I should put Chris on task fr that.

The weekend contians many home things and homework. Blech!

I woke up this morning and thought about taking the day off, especially since Conner was off from regular school. But I then realized that anything and everything I would want to do on an off day would be interrupted by games! So I paid the $12 for him to be able to go to the daycare all day.

I am contemplating re-arranging my office today. We have no email access because the server at the home office is down. I have about an hour's worth of non e-mail related things I could do, but I can't seem to find the motivation.

Games? He likes games? Who knew?! LOL! Oh, tell Conner I watched Cloudy with a chance of Pancakes on our cruise. :-)

Yes, you should re-arrange and organize the office. When the server is down is the best time to do that stuff, otherwise it never gets done.

I have one task done, now it's on to hours of combing interview transcripts.

I am washing sheets today too! And working from home, but then that's where I always work from.

I missed Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. Was it good? Were you craving pancakes this morning?

Swami, Conner kept saying "Cloudy with a Chance of...." because he'd recently bought the book. Boo and I kept filling it in with other words than "meatballs" and he'd get exasperated with us.
