I've never been to the UP. The closest I've gotten is Mackinac Island, and I don't think that technically counts as the UP.
So, since my frame of reference is Mackinac Island, I think you should take a picture of a fudge shop. Except up there I think it would be a "fudge shoppe" because it's more quaint.
Take a picture of a stick. Not just any stick. An interesting stick.
