I think I was tagged by Jen(beauty) & Bravie, but I'm old now and can't remember things as well.
1. I generally only buy brown and black shoes. I'm not very shoeventurous.
2. As much as I love to cook, I think I could eat cereal for dinner each night.
4. The garage is my favorite room in my house. If you've never scraped snow, ice and frost from your car, you wouldn't understand. Sure, it's also nice for rain and hail, but the winter stuff is what I love it most for.
5. I bite my cuticles incessantly and need to stop.
6. I can't play softball. The only times I played were in gym class and a few family picnics when I was really, really young.
7. The grade school I went to is closed and my high school was torn down and rebuilt elsewhere.
8. I'm currently researching reasons why I SHOULDN'T support Obama's bid for the Democratic nom. I read his "Dreams of My Father" book this month. I have a few notions that bother me, so I'm researching them and figuring out his actual stance and if it's enough to take my support away. I suspect I will continue to support him.
Bonus Randoms!
9. Monsty mentioned something about respecting her mother and it made me think I should respect my MIL more.
10. I am just average at math. I wish I were above average. If I look at my cumulative college GPA (Bachelors plus a class), it fell to a 3.0. *pout*

Hmmm, is this the serious post?
1. I'm not either, although there have been times lately when I could so see myself as a shoe girl.
2. I think I could eat out every night. Actually, my "bizarro world" involves me rummaging through cookbooks planning each week's meals, grocery lists, etc. And I would so do this if I were the housewife I long to be.
3. Hmmmm. Where is Number 3?
4. I don't have a favorite at the moment. I can apprecite the garage a lot, especially now that we have added a fridge in there for beer/drink storage.
5. I pick mine.
6. I used to. I broke my ankle in 10th grade, and my career never recovered.
7. My grade school is now a high-dollar condo unit. I will post a picture one day in my "Pieces of Me" segment.
8.
9. Who is Monsty?
10. As long as it doesn't involve all those fancy equations, I'm okay.
I too am leaning towards Obama. I read his other book but haven't read this one yet.
I left 8 blank intentionally. I would never try to sway you one way or the other. I don't know much about him, I guess not as much as I should.
Bravie, I'll bring the book for you to read if you'd like.
Boo, you are voting for Perot, aren't you? Ross for Boss! *giggle*
We can do a book swap. Now I feel all smaht and stuff.
Oh, and Boo? If there is something that might change my mind about Obama, I'm very open to hearing it. I'm a big girl. :-)
Ooh, so now it's SF Book Club instead of church? Excellent.
We could always swap books while in church.
He's a democrat. Duh.
Just kidding.
I typically only buy brown shoes, unless they are flip flops or tennis shoes/sneakers/whatever.
You and Rotten1...ugh!
I wish I had a garage.
I'd like to read Obama's book. I'll have to pick that up.
*smoooooooooch*
1. I buy only black & brown & red.
2. Is this cooked cereal at least? I rarely eat cereal.
4. I love my living room. The garage is full of dirty stuff and gasolines.
5. I have never bitten my nails.
6. What's the problem? In a non-competitive way, softball is a soft sport!
7. They missed you that much!?!
8. I am not yet married to any candidate.
9. That comment made my respect for Monsty soar.
10. I outsource all my math.
6.
I never had an opportunity to play softball. Given that I didn't play as a kid, I sure wasn't ready to join the team in high school (there was no jr high/middle school team in our town). We lived out in the country and the peeps my family hung out with were more horseshoe and volleyball players when we got together. Being the youngest child by 7 years, I had a lot of time to play alone as a kid. I would often throw the ball in the air and try to hit it. *snort* Endless hours of fun I tell ya.
I love shoes, would love to go shoe shopping with you! I think it takes a girlfriend's perspective and a little encouragement to get something out of your norm.
Thanks for answering Kim!
*pencils in summer shoe shopping date*
BTW, peeps, perhaps having trouble counting to 10 (*looks for long lost number 3*) is why I suck at math classes.
I'm with you on all black and brown shoes. And the one red pair I have, I've never worn. :)
I just checked my shoes and they're all brown and black too.
I wouldn't say that I love to cook. I do enjoy cooking for a bunch of people but not so much for just Dave and I.
The garage is Dave's favorite place too! We had to pull the car in the garage last night to get it out of the hail.
Paint your fingernails. It keeps me from putting my fingers near my mouth.
I am a softball superstah! At least that's what the team tells me. I think they just need an extra body on Saturday for the Blackfly Bash Ball Tourny.
My elementary school is now closed but the highschool is still going strong.
Well I'm not voting for Obama! *giggle*
I respect my MIL more now than when she was alive. We were like oil and water then but I think I understand her better now.
I totally suck at math. And I mean totally.
*giggle* Lightsy is funny.
All my shoes are black or tan. Our receptionist has shoes to match every outfit she wears. It's amazing. I think I will start calling her Emelda.
I could definitely eat cereal for dinner each night. I really don't like to cook. That's one good thing about DH travelling so often, I don't have to cook while he's away.
I hate the garage. Any garage. There are always creepy creatures in there. Unfortunately I always have to go into the garage to clean the cats litter boxes.
My cuticles are terrible.
I don't think I've ever played softball. I was never into playing any sports.
Both highschools I went to no longer exist. That makes me feel old for some reason.
I didn't like my MIL for the longest time because she wouldn't come to my wedding because DH's dad was there with his wife. 25 years after their divorce and she still can't get over it. However, I've come to greatly admire her and I've told her she's an inspiration. She worked and invested her money all on her own and now that she's retired she's able to do what she wants. She's quite independant and always on the go.
I hate math and am very bad at it. I think it's hilarious that you mention math and you missed #3 in your list. LOL
